I was delighted with the service I received from Digitize Media.

I am making an online photo book for my son's 40th birthday. I wasn't sure how to transform my 40 year old photos into digitalised versions.

I researched online and found digitize media.
I could not believe their efficiency.

A Courier collected a box full of 173 photos, from my house, which were then returned to me within three days. A memory stick full of the digitized photos and the originals were delivered intact. An absolutely incredible service, making my photobook so easy to do.
I discussed some problems I had on the phone with one of the team, and with Sam, the owner. They were fabulous to deal with. I will continue to use this service to digitalize more photos for the upcoming birthdays for our other two sons.

Great service
I placed my order with Sam over the phone for 700 photos to be transferred onto USB.
The courier arrived to collect the following day and the entire order was turned around and delivered back to me within 3 days.
Very impressed, will definitely use again!

I was very pleased to be able to speak to a real person, Sam. This enabled me to explain that l needed a number of slides processed in time for a special family event at quite short notice. Sam advised me that as it was a small number this could be done. I followed her clear instructions, was notified on 04/01/22 they had received my 55 slides and l received the converted slides back on a memory stick on 07/01/22. I was delighted with the result and the personal customer service and am going to use Digitize Media again as l still have a large number of slides to convert.

Efficient service . All slides returned promptly and digitalised. Image quality probably as good as could be expected as the originals were not brilliant

Friendly family business that pulled out the stops to deliver excellent scans from all of my photos

This is the second time I have used Digitize Media and both times they have been very helpful and efficient and the product has been excellent.

We have had our 50 year old slides digitised by the Digitize Media and are delighted with the whole experience. I was given friendly advice by phone before posting. We were advised that they had them and when they were dispatched, just 24 hours later. We are very happy with the digital images considering the age and condition of the originals.
