I visited Hutesons in Barton-upon-Humber to set up a funeral plan. The staff there were all really helpful and friendly but especially Caleah who was the one helping me set up my plan.
She was very kind and patient and took the time to explain everything fully. She covered every aspect of arranging a funeral, including things I never realised I might need, and made sure I was happy with everything every step of the way.
I left feeling very happy with the plan I had arranged and feeling very confident in this company due to the thorough and efficient service they provide.
I would highly recommend them!!

The service was excellent. Everything was explained to me, and they fulfilled all the wishes I had. They were very caring and put me at ease. I can't praise enough the service I had and would like to thank the funeral planner and the funeral director Chris who was understanding and professional.

The person I dealt with was very knowledgeable and provided details of options available to me and also what the costs were. In my opinion it made the task easy.

Staff was friendly and understanding, they informed me of all that I needed to know, which made my decisions easier.

After my Mum passed, we contacted High's as they arranged my Dad's funeral many years before. From our first meeting we were completely reassured by Jo's professional and compassionate approach. High's arranged Mum's funeral taking into account our families views and Mum's wishes, always with care and compassion. Jo was always on hand to offer advice and reassurance. Charlie supported us in the lead up to Mum's funeral and on the day itself. Charlie and his team were incredible and literally took the pressure away from us as a family, making the planning and the funeral day itself as easy as it could be. The whole team were so respectful throughout and helped us give Mum the perfect send off. Thank you to all at High's.
