Dreams Ashton. Tempur mattress.
Ordered Tempur mattress and paid over £1700.
Including X2 Tempur pillows, mattress protector and a Saturday delivery slot.
Staff were helpful in the store to select the correct mattress for us. During our time in the store we were told about IT issues and that a delivery date could not be arranged at this time and we would be contacted the following day.
We did not receive a call and I phoned the following day to discuss this with staff. Again they said continued IT issues is preventing arranging deliveries. After 2 further days with no communication we left further voicemails at the store for someone to contact us back. The following day we received a call to say someone would phone the next day to arrange this.
The following day we did receive a call from Dreams to arrange the delivery. Who advised that the earliest date was a further week away on a Friday. I explained that we payed for a Saturday delivery slot due to our work commitments. They said the next Saturday delivery slot is over 3 weeks away. When I said that, there isn't much point in paying extra for Saturday delivery slots is there. The staff member said "no not really, it's a waste of money".
Overall very poor communication after spending a lot of money and what was a successful trip into store originally. It comes across as just wanting the sales through the tills and no thought about the after care.

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff. Excellent choice of beds and mattresses. No pressure to buy. The only issue I had was that my mother was in a wheelchair and there were hanging banners from the ceiling, which she had to dodge.

Love my new bed. Bed was delivered on the date they said they would. The sales lady Susan was very helpfull and discreet. The team who delivered the bed were quick, efficient znd professional. Recommend Dreams.

Great experience from beginning to end
Great experience from beginning to end. Sue (Ashton branch) was very knowledgeable, friendly and an asset to the company, nothing was too much trouble even though we were asking lots of questions.
We were kept updated on the delivery date and were given a time slot via text on the morning of the delivery. The two gentleman were very professional and friendly and wore covers over their shoes.

Sweet Dreams From the moment I stepped into Dreams…
From the moment I stepped into Dreams (on The Snipe Retail Park) everything was - as it says in the title - a dream! I couldn't ask for better Customer Service from the team. My bed was delivered and fitted on the day I requested, at the time slot i requested, with a phone call from the lads who were installing it that morning, confirming i was happy with the time slot - and then giving me an eta for their arrival. I'm loving my new bed and pillows. I can't remember the last time I was able to sleep so comfortably and soundly. THANK YOU "Dreams" !!!

Excellent customer service
Myself and my partner were looking for a new bed and we decided to go to the Dreams store in Ashton-under-Lyne. We were greeted by Sue who was very nice, polite and very knowledgeable on the various beds and mattresses on the store. She allowed us to browse at our leisure and when we eventually decided on what we wanted shebwas able to get us an excellent deal with a few freebies thrown in. But it was the overall experience of being able to look without somebody breathing down your neck. She allowed us time to decide and as there when needed. And I would like to give Sue a massive thank you for her help as we now have the bed and it is the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I would also like to give a shout out to the delivery guys Tom and Reece who were not only friendly but were very efficient and respectful of the property and did an overall fantastic job. So I will definitely recommend dreams to family and friends as I would like them to benefit from the same excellent service we received. Keep up the good work guys.
