Had a very good experience in store, the sales person was very helpful and made me try lots mattresses and he wasn't pushing me to but the more expensive ones.

After getting it delivered I can say it, that it was well worth the price.

The only issue I had was processing the finance application in store, which took a very long time as they were having issue on the store's device, and after trying on my phone it worked very quickly.

I met Agnes at Dreams Becton who was really helpful from choosing a bed to a mattress. She took time to explain different products to me for me to make an informed choice. I got a notice for the delivery ahead of time. I got locked and used someone’s phone to call the branch and informed them, they communicated it to the delivery persons so I don’t miss my delivery. Everyone at dream was very amazing. And i would definitely come back.

We visited the Beckton store in London. Staff member named Aslam helped me and my wife choose a bed and a mattress. He told us what the benefits are for the bed and mattress and how they were better than other products. We will also get the bed assembled. We got a mattress protector and free delivery on our chosen date. We were offered tea and coffee as well! Fantastic. Great service!

Highly satisfied with the service at Beckton store. Imran is very knowledgable and patient. He spend two hours explained the product and help us select the correct mattress and bed. Will definitely go back if I need to buy mattress in the future

Very nice quality

I bought a bed and I thought i would pay it in installments and it was only 500 pounds
The agreement went through alright and 2 days later they rang me and told ne that the agreement was cancelled. I called the head office and explained to him what had happened and they told me that it was the finance company called them and they told that it qas Dreams that had cancelled the agreement and was messed around and finally o just had to pay the full amount. Very bad experience.

We had a fantastic experience at Beckton store thanks to Aslam. We bought our king bed frame and mattress and a guest bed with two single mattresses. I would definitely recommend Dreams and Beckton store.
