they were on time, an excellent team, and hopefully, the product is as good as ever from Dreams, have not slept on it yet I am out of the country

I am very happy with our beds. Customer service is excellent and the delivery teams are very efficient and very friendly.

The staff at Bournemouth were unable to help me find out when my bed was arriving the next day, as they hadn't explained that you required a mobile phone at the time of ordering I had given them my landline so when I rang the shop to find out when I could expect delivery as I hadn't heard, then they advised I wouldn't hear because I needed a mobile, if they had told me this at the time I could have given them a number - most unhelpful, both members of staff that I contacted told me different stories - none of which were true, said the delivery was coming from Bridport - it came from Andover, please give your staff some courtesy training - I would never buy from you again - but must say the delivery staff were polite, and came at 8.40 a.m. in the morning although I had no idea what time they would arrive.

Efficiency, courtesy and knowledge of the brand by your employee was superb.

Very pleased with everything. The Salesman that served us took his time and made sure we were happy with the bed we bought to the two men that delivered it and put it up and removed our old bed very efficient and clean workers polite and friendly. Had no problems at all and very happy with the bed. Thank you.

One don't tell your coustermer you will get £150 Back on our purchase then only give us £90 pounds. Really unhappy with how we were treated having spent £1.800 pounds. Dreadful service.

It is the second time I buy from Dreams - Castlepoint (Bournemouth) and have had a great customer service experience. Staff are all friendly and provide as much information/options as we need.

We had to exchange first purchase of a tempur mattress for comfort reasons , very happy with all aspects of communication and delivery

The "mattress comfort machine" (my words), was great, as was the salesman (Kieran).
The products were of excellent quality and choice. The shop ambiance was very good.

Siobhan made us feel welcome from the beginning. We loved the Sleepmatch machine, just what we needed, since there is a difference in size and weight between my partner and me. We told Siobhan about our needs and concerns and asked lots of questions which she answered always with a smile and with a lot of knowledge, she knows what she talks about, she is pleasant to talk to. We took our time making a decision and we never felt rushed or under pressure. Thank you Siobhan for your help and your patience. I just hope that our new mattress will give us years of comfortable sleeps :)

The staff at Bournemouth were always very helpful and friendly. We asked them to wait for it to be delivered and they did wait a long time.
The delivery guys were polite and respectful, they kept me informed all the time.

Delivery was made on the correct date and the delivery men were polite and very efficient. As we had managed to get our old bed collected by Dorset Reclaim a refund of our initial payment for this service was expedited very swiftly. We would certainly recommend Dreams to anyone.
