Nothing but praise for dreams staff and products best nights sleep I’ve had for years after purchasing a bed from them, thank you.

James entertained a four and six-year-old which gave us time to decide on the right bed. There was no pressure. The delivery timescale was pretty quick. All in all a great experience.

The company Dreams did exactly what they said they would do and from start to finish of the mattress purchase, expedited very professionally.

We pick our delivery time,they arrived when they said . Where quick tidy and very helpful. The shop staff are very well informed about The beds they are showing you,but we did not fell pressurised into buying .

I bought in store and the sales reps were very friendly and helpful. Due to a back injury and chronic illness I needed a specific mix of comfort and support and the mattress is perfect. Delivery drivers were very polite, punctual, knowledgable, and even removed shoes on entering the property noticing the mountains of fallen leaves outside and not wanting to track anything in. Definitely recommending Dreams to anyone who asks! Thank you so much.

The delivery drivers were very cheerful confident and helpful. Arriving on time and fully explaining everything.

We first of all went into the Bed Shop next door to Dreams but the Staff were too busy talking and just pointed us in the direction of the electric adjustable beds. The beds were not connected to an electrical source so were unable to try. Fortunately we did not like the look of the adjustable beds so went to the Dreams Store next door. There we were helped by a nice young gentleman who helped us to not only pick the right bed for us but also the right mattress using their Mattress finder. It was so nice not to be pushed into making a purchase which we might regret. He took his time with us making sure we were happy with our choice. We picked two of the adjustable platform beds. We have now had the beds for nearly two months and I have to say they are excellent. We both sleep a lot better being able to adjust the bed to our individual liking. (we are both in our 60's) Previously for nearly two years I had been sleeping on my recliner chair every night because of my Arthritic Hips but now I can go back to sleeping in a bed and I feel just as comfortable and getting a good night sleep without pain. Thank you to the Staff at Dreams Mallard Retail Park Bournemouth. Forgot to mention the Delivery Staff were extremely helpful.

Excellent product and friendly and professional staff.

I had full intention to go into two shops and compare quality choice and price,but had no need to the staff were so pleasant and helpful,they sold me just what I wanted.

After spending a long time in Dreams Bournemouth, we chose a Kingsize bed and mattress and two single mattresses. Only then we were told that the two single mattresses would not be available for almost a month. After spending that amount of time in the shop we felt compelled to have to accept that. Later we found that we would have one unwanted single mattress to be taken away. The process of arranging for that to be taken away at the same time as delivery of the two new mattresses has resulted in the delivery delayed yet another week!!! These mattresses are for an accommodation business and now needed urgently. There has been no help from Dreams, they didn't even phone us back when they promised to. Beware, they are not the good company we remember.

Blown away by the service of Kieran at the Bournemouth branch. Got us exactly what we needed, helped us with finding what we liked, offered tea and coffee and even went as far to phone another branch to see if they had a mattress that wasn’t in stock. Amazing service and great prices too. Will be back when needing more…
