First class service at the Bridgend store
We had excellent advice at the store in Bridgend. We chose a Sealy mattress from the Clearance range with a great discount. We teamed this with an ottaman bed. Communication on delivery was superb and the delivery team put the whole thing together for us when they arrived and all the packaging taken away.

I was pleased with the service
I was pleased with the service, the divan base very pleased the mattress the Brixham in the single I've slept on for over a week and I am slightly disappointed I wanted a firm mattress and this is not quite there the edges were not strengthened as I was expecting, I tried out the double in the store so that might be the reason, when I was looking around and I did make 2 visits I felt that I was pointed in the direction of the more expensive lines, a lesson for me to learn by, with hindsight I think I should have chosen a mattress without memory foam.

Amazing!
We had a brilliant experience at Dreams in Bridgend, Sean greeted us and very kindly offered us a drink whilst he guided us through the sleep match test, this 3 minute test gave us our best options based on our sleep styles and required support. Sean then let us choose a pillow to test out the mattresses in store. Sean was such a great help in helping us find our perfect match and we are very grateful for his support.
Fully recommend dreams for a fantastic service, we did not feel pressured at any moment and Sean was superb for finding us a bed within our price range! 0% interest finance too! Can't go wrong!

For the life of me I can't remember but the lady who helped us in store at bridgend Waterston retail park was awesome from start to finish... she explained everything and and ultimately we decided to go with a tempura mattress... after sleeping on it for a few nights it's the best decision we've every made
