We went here I think 5weeks ago all staff so nice friendly they Told us you deliver take up to 4weeks and my bed came in time very nice bed store staff very nice I forgot lady name she helped us young lady was even delivery driver they kind our carpet all new I asked them please can you shoes off and so nice they wear somthing under shoes so can keep clean thanks again everyone

Bought a Knighton mattress (soft) but after 9 months the mattress is STILL firm which is not what I wanted ordered.

Faye got in contact soon after and has resolved the situation. She was pretty amazing really and went out of her way to help. Communication was brilliant and am now an extremely happy bunny.

Excellent service in all areas. The shop floor experience was a very positive one. Our purchase was dealt with in a professional manner. The delivery process was very thorough and fully communicated.

Dreams delivered bed way ahead of the expected date. The guys had it put together in about 15 minutes. Very professional and polite.

I wanted to leave a 2nd time visit review on Google but I was unable to, hence the reason I am writing my review on Trustpilot. My wife and I went to Dreams on Sunday (19/01/2025) to buy yet another mattress and bed frame and once more we were really pleased with the service and the quality of the products. Yet again, Charlie was with us throughout, answered all our questions and helped us choose the right mattress and bed frame. He is truly a gem and a true gentleman. Once again, the tea he served was amazing. The other staff members are also incredibly welcoming and friendly. We thank Charlie and the entire team for accommodating us and making our time there worthwhile. Dreams at Cardiff Newport Road is highly recommended.

We enjoyed the sleep monitor experience to determine the correct mattress for us, and that we had 50% off our purchase. We didn’t like that when we were asked if we would like the mattress taken upstairs on delivery and our old mattress recycled we weren’t told there was a substantial charge for these services. We refused these once we realised additional costs were added. The salesperson should say there is a charge for this when making the offer as it felt like this information was deliberately left out,
