Dreams - Charlton Reviews 

We were approached as we entered the store by Laud, he greeted our family and took the time to help us throughout our visit. He directed us to the magic sleep bed that calibrated us, and was clearly very knowledgeable on every bed in the store.

He then showed us all the different beds that we liked for the next hour, with all the ones that were calibrated to us, then we decided on an electric bed that rises and he made sure that we would have a mattress that will also be able to curve so we can get full use of the beds functions. We were not going to buy anything on this visit but we left with the bed base and 2 Tempur pillows that Laud let us try and we couldn't leave without!

He also made us all drinks and took an acute interest into our needs and gave us the celebrity treatment the entire time. He explained that there was a 0% interest option of payment which made our 'dream' come true and allowed us to buy the products. Furthermore, when I thought he couldn't get any better, he asked if we drove to the store and made sure to not allow us to get a parking ticket without me even asking.

We are highly satisfied and will be returning soon to purchase a mattress!

Good experience from start to finish

The delivery and the installation process was very well delivered. The handy men did their job thoroughly and I would say that I’m impressed with how they were accurate with the estimated time to start and finish the installation. Afterwards, they talked me through on how to use the newly installed TV bed and every information I need to know. Good customer service I would say.

When we purchased our bed the assistant couldn’t have been more helpful and was really nice.We have exactly what we wanted. When the men came to deliver and fit the bed they came on time, were very helpful and pleasant. In all, our experience with Dreams in Charlton was extremely satisfactory. Thanks to all involved.

I had an amazing experience of choosing my new bed at Dreams. The advisor was very welcoming and helped us with picking frame and a mattress. On the day of delivery everything run smoothly. They have delivered and put bed together first and mattress arrived just an hour later. Extremely happy with quality and the way it looks in my room! I chose very pricy mattress, but it is totally worth it, having the best sleep!

The assistant in shop was most welcoming. I szid i was looking at buying a mattress, dhe directed me over to the machine that suggest the right mattress for you. The first mattress I saw was the one I had seen online but I was shown tbe new upgraded version, apart from few more extra springs it was tje same one. However online version was half price. The assistance checked online if the old version was still available it was, so I went home and ordered it straight away, with my saving of £600, am a happy bunny.

A great salesman who explained well and served us our requirements. The goods we bought also are very good so far, and even those who delivered the goods were very courteous and helpful.

Met a wonderful sales consultant who even close to closing times helped me find a mattress discounted, applied a great discount, was friendly, helped me to my car with the mattress, duvet and pillows I bought. Great buying experience. Mattress is firm by soft. My daughter loves the mattress and so do I! Even at full price it would have been god value. The duvet is breathable, light but warm. The pillows could have been of better quality but I knew what I was buying when I bought them. Dreams in Charlton - Big thumbs up from me 👍

Dreams in Charlton SE7 is a great store with amazing smiling, happy helpful staff.
It can be awkward trying the various beds due to them being very close to each other, therefore being awkward to access in the wheelchair.

Staff at our local store were very helpful and not pushy. Start to finish excellent service. Tracking and delivery all went perfectly. The mattress we chose is firm and both myself and my husband have found it to be very comfy.

Brilliant experience from start to finish, sales reps were great in store. I chose a mattress after doing an assessment on the bed-machine, was offered hot chocolate in store. Bought my bed, and it came on time, on my chosen date. Delivery was quick and delivery people were lovely, took off the plastic, put my bed on the frame for me and took all the rubbish with them! Great experience overall.

Nicolas was an absolute GEM.
Look, I am not going to lie, I didn't end up buying something from this branch of Dreams this time, purely, because of a deal I could get online BUT. I felt compelled to write that the service from Nicolas was on point, when I visited the Charlton branch to test some mattresses out and get some info. He just chatted like a normal human being and we had a laugh, all the while he was listening and mining for info so he could offer me the best mattresses for my criteria.
