Dreams - Cheltenham Reviews 

Popped into Dreams a while back looking for a replacement double mattress. Was told the one I was after was out of stock. I came back a couple of weeks later and asked again at the desk and was told the mattress was back in stock. I paid for the mattress and was passed a print out stating a delivery date.

Spent considerable time and effort making sure the old mattress was ready and easily accessible for quick collection including wrapping it in the plastic lining.

Delivery day came waited in all day and no one showed up. Called the store at the end of the day and was told there was no stock of the item they said they would ring me back in the morning.

They didn't.....

When I rang them I was told apparently the "system" should not allow orders to be made if there is no stock but apparently it had done not only that but it had affected a number of orders.

When I was speaking to staff they told me it would be a further month before it "might" be ready.

At that stage I pulled the plug. This was a disaster because either

1. The staff are not properly trained to use the software.
Or
2. The software is has significant flaws in its ordering process.

Either way I asked for a full refund and will not be using them again. I think companies like this underestimate the sheer amount of disruption this type of mistake can make. I would avoid until they can fix whatever has gone wrong with their ordering process.

My wife and I were met by Aaron at Dreams Cheltenham on our recent visit.

We were interested in the Tempur mattress and after ‘quizzing’ Aaron extensively we decided to place our order for the medium comfort mattress we also bought a Tempur pillow which evidently aligns the correct posture for both shoulder and neck pain. If this choice works for my wife then I will replicate this for myself.
When visiting Dreams you are free to browse and not pressured in any way and once you have found a mattress you like then the sales staff are the most knowledgeable and spend all the time you need to reach a satisfactory decision.

Regarding our purchase, we will await delivery on the Tempur mattress and in due course give our honest review.

We loved our sales man..(Alan at the Cheltenham brunch and his manager) were fantastic.Alan talked us through on the whole process, helped to customise our needs,explained well our loan option so we actually bought a more expensive and comfy mattress..we even tried their bed machine which was very futuristic to find out which mattress would be the best option for us..we arrived very upset as we both had terrible back pain issues but 1 week on the new mattress and we are back to normal again..delivery was spot on with the timing, very clean and friendly gentlemen carried it all the way to the door..and gave us some advice how to air and turn the new mattress.. very good experience .. wish I had more money to buy their bed frames. Some of them were so pretty...next time..

From start to finish, our bed was a big luxury investment lots of my well earned cash was involved. I feel my Princess moment has been finally achieved. The mattress and bed make me feel like "The Princess and the Pea" I almost need a step to get into my bloodyfantasic luxury bed. Thank you to all from service to delivery

The Sleepeezee Regency Kew mattress has been a revelation - unbelievably comfortable and providing excellent support. We now enjoy unbroken sleep at night and wake without the aches and pains we began to suffer with the previous mattress. I would happily recommend this mattress without hesitation.

Steve was an excellent salesman. He gave us the opportunity to lie on several different mattresses and we then did the ‘experience’ that calculates your body’s preference- that was fun! He had a wealth of knowledge and we felt we were in good hands. It was a great experience made possible by Steve and we were 100% sure what we wanted after his input. Very pleasant and engaging salesman, Alan. He took time to find out exactly what we needed and showed empathy and understanding of our requirements. We tried several mattresses and he was able to suggest options either firmer or softer than the one we had tried and at different price points to suit our budget. We gathered he is fairly new to the team but we were very impressed with his product knowledge and his ease of dealing with customers.

Super comfy Mattress

recently purchased the Flaxby Master guild and i have to say it's the best mattress i have ever bought , super comfy and made of real quality materials .

can't fault any of the service we received from the salesman to the delivery guys , very professional all the way .
