Expert advice and choice offered
I was in hospital, and came home to a comfy supportive mattress!
I was offered expert advice in the store, and was able to take all the time that I needed to select the right mattress for me.
I lay on the 'tester' bed first, and the system selected a range of mattresses that were suited to my body weight and posture.
Then I was given lots of info about each mattress that I tried.
I tried each one several times, abd was even given a coffee!
The matress is on a three-four month exchange, and It was a real blessing to come home to it from hospital.
I am happy with my purchase.

Very helpful and quality products too
Very helpful in the shop and the incentive of free pillows was good, even though at the time I didn't expect them to be of good quality. I was wrong, however, they were really nice expensive pillows and both the mattresses we bought didn't disappoint either

Very helpful service
I was able to make my choice of bed with helpful advice devoid of pressure and had a hilarious time arranging delivery. The guys who delivered were right on time, communicated well and were very efficient and friendly in removing the old bed and constructing the new one. The new hybrid mattress is very comfy - just what I wanted.

Great experience
08/01/2025 We went to dreams looking at mattresses and beds. The store manager Ian was amazing, really polite and honest. Helped us with everything we was looking for and finding the right mattress for us we went on one that calculates what best for how you sleep and for a great deal, he is a real credit to the store and doesn’t make you feel forced to buy. The bed and mattress Was delivered on agreed date and to the room of our choice, delivery guys were polite and careful when taking everything upstairs. Been sleeping great.

Helpful staff
Helpful staff put us on the bedmatch machine. We chose one of the recommended mattress and it was delivered as advised on time by friendly delivery men. So far we are very satisfied and sleeping comfortably .

Perfect service from beginning to end.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Used the sleep machine to ascertain correct mattress which came up with different price levels so fair. One of which was perfect. Delivery was just as we were told it would be and the friendly delivery driver kept us informed as to when he would arrive. All perfect service throughout. Highly recommend.
