A great new Flaxby mattress, very comfortable and fabulous quality. Very helpful service and advice at the store. We used the bed assessment which was interesting and made some good suggestions but settled on the Flaxby and very pleased with it. Delivery men very helpful too

From visiting the shop to ordering online and finally delivery everything was great! Then we’ve started sleeping on this mattress and it’s like heaven! Very firm which is what we wanted, but yet comfortable. Absolutely love it

Superbly comfortable bed. Like floating on a cloud. Delivery and set up was very good. Slight bummer, my wall was scraped with the huge box, but a lick of paint will sort it. Lovely friendly staff.

wow what can I a total shambles of a company from top down to store manager's the lie they come out with and I am not the only one I was talking to someone in a petrol station whom was trying to return a brand new mattress customer service 0000 please check the bills properly as hidden cost are add they are so bad they have stress my wife so she on bed rest. the whole company need outside help they even fill out there own reviews the says it all I just hope it 1 store that can be sorted out take money instantly refunds 10 days if they bother to do it. Never again even the guy that served us didn't know how the machines work out best mattress

I recently brought a Divan Bed from Dreams in Cheltenham and I was exceptionally well look after by Ian who was very patient and helped me with very good advice. All the Team at Cheltenham were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dreams at Cheltenham, I'm now looking forward to my Bed being delivered.

I have had a great experience with Dreams Cheltenham (Gallagher retail park). The manager Ian and his team were a pleasure to deal with.
In particular, we were very grateful for their advice on how the special offers worked. They suggested to us that if we monitored the website, the item we were interested would probably come on sale within 6 weeks.
3 weeks later a deal of 20% plus an additional 10% came up. This saved us about £400.

It also worth mentioning that we had also visited Gloucester Dreams previously. Kevin there was a fabulous member of staff.

The day the bed arrived it had a stain on the material that looked like blood , I reported it & we've had no response at all.... personally I think the mattress is too hard but it is what it is ...but it would be nice to have a response

Fantastic personal service, fantastic bed. We purchased the cheapest bed they had and it’s still probably one of the best beds I’ve owned. I didn’t think my back pain was due to my bed, I thought it was because I am a full time artist that has neglected their posture. I was wrong, it was my old bed, and since my new bed my back pain is gone.

Aaron was exceptional and clearly understood what I wanted. I am highly satisfied by the service he provided.

I am pleased with my purchase from Dreams Cheltenham. The lady who sold me the bed was knowledgeable and considerate. I knew what I wanted and am very happy with my purchase. A good bed is important. The delivery men were good too. I like their oversocks for their shoes - sensible. All in all I am well pleased. Good service.

Everything was great from beginning to end. The advisor at the store in Cheltenham was extremely knowledgeable and honest, the delivery day was confirmed and kept to, and the delivery team were second to none. The whole process could not have worked better - a superb company to work with.
