Great service= great sleep
Great service from the door into to dreams to the frame on my bed. I got the sense from the assistant in store that it really mattered to them that I got the right mattress for me. The time and attention to detail in store really paid off. It is so good at last to get a good night's sleep. Thank you for getting it right for me

Extra mile
The sales assistant Anne was really helpful when my new mattress was purchased and I cannot fault Ian and Steven for their continued support when there was a problem with the delivery.
They certainly went the extra mile in time and communication.
HOWEVER Customer Service proved a nightmare in both contact, getting a response and sorting the delay with delivery.
It took 10 days in fact from the promised date when the delivery van broke down.
The Chat bot said an advisor would contact me, didn't happen.
Telephone queue got down to 7th from 11, answerphone took my number but no call back.
Waited from 34th in the queue, representative took details and said I would get an email and he would contact me to confirm, didn't happen.
Without the persistence of the sales staff in Cheltenham I would still be waiting to move into my new home .

Very pleased
Ordered two new headboards. Our experience of dealing with Dreams from the moment we walked in the shop to the point of delivery could not have been improved. It was a pleasurable surprise given our recent dealings with other major household names!

The whole experience was excellent
The whole experience was excellent, from arriving at the shop to the delivery and setting up. All staff made every effort to put me at ease and were very pleasant and knowledgable. The delivery went very well, with the personnel doing their upmost to be helpful. One small point - the old headboard was left here, probably because my son had placed it in a slightly different place to the rest of the old bed, so if it could be collected when the delivery men are in this area I would be very grateful. Everything from puechase to delivery…
Everything from puechase to delivery went extremely well without any hiccups etc. Very pleased. The delivery personnel did everything expected including, which is unusual these days, putting rubber shoes over their normal ones - full marks.

Tempur Mattresses love or hate
If you love Tempus mattresses then you will love this one. Singles are definitely much dearer that doubles, kings and queens, but if you love Tempur then it is worth the cost.

Stephen in the sales team was brilliant. Really helped us find a great mattress that works with my partners back problems. Matched our requirements perfectly.
The delivery was quick and smooth. Taking our old mattress too. The deliverers (Lucas and cant remember the other guys name) were brilliant. A great service.

We received really good service from the staff at Dreams, but the 'firm' Flaxby mattress we purchased turned out to be far softer than the one we tried out in the shop. As such we shall be returning it.
