Had the worst sales experience I ever had today at dreams cheltenham. We are treated at the door (which was initially fully closed) by a man who, within seconds starts asking us where our bedroom is in our house for the delivery of the mattress, which we found extremely intrusive, when I asked the man to give us time and space to go around and have a look on our own, he decided to ignore me completely and kept pushing us to keep answering totally irrelevant questions, I had to firmly tell him off and walk away to be able to just have a look around. We went around, saw an employee playing around with her kids on the mattresses, which we didn’t pay too much attention to but didn’t look very professional. We found a mattress we liked but decided to walk away after the initial experience. When we walked away we said goodbye to the man who decided to get sort of a revenge by literally grabbing my wife aside and telling her while looking in my eyes that since « the man » (me) doesn’t want to speak to him, he will deal with her directly. He literally wouldn’t let my wife go and started talking about mattresses to her while ignoring the fact that I was telling him he’s crossed the line and went too far. Kept talking to her while we walked away. Worst ever experience.

We bought a new double bed frame, mattress and headboard. There was lots of choice, we were given good advice on mattress types, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Delivery was well managed, with text reminders etc, and the delivery team were efficient and polite. I would definitely recommend Dreams, Cheltenham, and we would buy from them again. Very pleased with our purchase.

When we visited the store the sales rep was really helpful. We tried several different mattresses before settling on one.
Knowing that we had 100 days to test it made it easier to take the plunge and buy it, and we have definitely made the right choice. So comfortable - proper nights sleep again!

Superb mattress caringly made by a family business in Yorkshire from a flock of local sheep, together with an excellent delivery service, and thereafter wonderful comfortable sleeps.

However, my showroom experience wasn't so superb, excellent, or comfortable! I would have expected - and so would appreciate - in terms of hygiene, if Dreams were to provide a supply of clean pillow cases (and an accompanying laundry service for each store) to cover the pillows provided to each customer trying out mattresses in the showroom. Seriously unimpressed!

Otherwise, I would have given my review 5 stars.

For the two delivery men who delivered our order we cannot fault them, on time respected our carpets,
very polite and friendly.

Michelle identified our needs immediately by asking all the right questions. She and Kevin were helpful, professional and polite.

We needed a new mattress and had been to another rival store. But the salesman was a bit creepy. So we went to Dreams Cheltenham and it was a completely different experience. Steve the salesman understood what we needed and ensured that we went on their electronic measuring machine. He showed us the recommended beds and explained each one to us. He gave us space to discuss and decide. Then ensured we had the best deal with discounts etc. All in all a really good buying experience.

Bought Tempur cooltuch elite , it is great mattress and much more comfortable then last 3 mattress.staff in cheltenham store really helpful, explain all different option and make easy to decide right one for us .thank you steven for all your help .

Great service paid to have bed built it was delivered and put together in 20 minutes the delivery team was very friendly and team in the shop brilliant and bed very comfortable very happy

We purchased our beds from the Cheltenham branch and the whole sales experience was excellent.
The delivery of all our items were spot on and the two delivery guys were a credit to Dreams, their knowledge of the product and advice given on assembled was much appreciated.

I found Dreams Cheltenham to be very helpful. I went in for a mattress. I had a couple in mind. What I particularly liked was that they weren’t pushy, I wasn’t pushed towards the most expensive mattress and they listened to exactly what I had in mind. I would recommend them.

The bed and mattress are really great, just what I wanted size colour etc and so comfortable! Thank you
