Steven was very knowledgeable and confident but without being pushy. There was no rush, he let me try whatever I wanted and we discussed my preferences. Very professional and very easy to shop. Good selection of mattresses in a range of prices.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were taken through the whole process in a non-pressured way. We feel we were able to select the product that best suited our needs.
The delivery process was exactly if not better than we were informed. The delivery team kept in contact with us throughout the communication window and in fact turned up spot on time at the start of the delivery slot.

Top services at dreams no doubt. We initially ordered a mattress from Benson. After a month's wait, the delivery and customer services were terrible and we made the decision to cancel the order from Benson and order from Dreams instead, which was an absolutely right decision. Every part of the services from Dreams: sales at the shop, delivery services, follow ups are all brilliant.

Was looking for a decent ottoman bed. Had scouted couple of stores but found the best value for money at Dreams. I found the design and quality to be really good. Would definitely recommend it to friends.

My wife and I went into our local Dreams (cheltenham) to look for and test out some mattresses, we were greeted by Kevin who was wonderful throughout our experience from starting us on the sleep match machine to when we finally made our purchase. Would highly recommend.

Ian was very helpful, picking out our new mattress, showed us different styles and options to what suited us.

Dreams offered a quick delivery and within 7 days of putting the order in store the mattress was at my home. It is environmentally friendly being a Revive mattress and my old matresses were taken away for a small charge.

I visited the Cheltenham store with the intention of buying a new mattress. The sales representative explained the process clearly at every stage, and described the products that were recommended for me. I was given plenty of time to try out the two that I favoured and at no time was I pushed towards choosing a more expensive product. The service was friendly and efficient and am happy with my purchase. The 40 day money back guarantee is a boon as is the recycling service (for a reasonable fee).

Kevin (cheltenham branch) was amazing. I knew roughly what I wanted but didnt know what options I had. He listened and then showed me what they had. I bought the one that he had bought for himself and I love it. The ideal balance of quality and price - it feels more expensive than it was. Without Kevin I wouldnt of found it, he's a pioneer in service and a really nice chap, it was a pleasure to meet him! V unexpected. Thanks for all your effort finding the right mattress for me.

A really good buying experience. Had a lovely person guide me through the sampling process at the store. Very good covid measures. Used the automatic system, which was fun. Tried the beds out. Bought one. No hard sell, but some good optional extra's offered. Delivery and installation was excellent. Had people come and build the bed and I recommend it. Overall, a very positive experience.

Very Professional delivery guys. Put over shoes on to protect my carpets and even walked the route before bringing the bed in.

The store attendants were very welcoming and offered to show us around. We tried the sleepmatch machine to find our suitable matress, which was easy and quick to use. We have now had our matress for a month and it is as we expected.
On top of all that, we were offered drinks by Ian who looked after our purchase, and the extra free pillows were a nice surprise. On a whole, the service was highly satisfactory. We would definitely reccomend the store and especially the sleep match machine.

We visited the Cheltenham (Gallagher Retail Park) store in order to look at mattresses and pillows but in particular we wanted help and advice, having previously made some ill-fated online purchases of mattresses in boxes. Ian and Kevin were superb, friendly, helpful, informative, and made the experience stress free and easy. They were patient, not in any way pushy, and made us feel we were in safe hands, allowing us plenty of time to consider and decide. It was a pleasure to place an order for a new mattress, and we took away new recommended pillows. We used the pillows last night and had a brilliant sleep for the first night in months. I would highly recommend visiting the store if our experience is the norm. It felt very safe in there too, everyone wore masks and were using hand gel often. Well worth it. You can't beat good service like this!
