Wonderful staff
We visited the store after a disappointing encounter with a different company. All staff were friendly and helpful. They attentive without hovering. Very knowledgeable. The beds have been delivered and they are very good quality and sturdy and excellent value for money. Easy to assemble

Aftercare and delivery were great
Aftercare and delivery were great. Brilliant delivery guys, friendly and professional. Unfortunately when I bought in store I was subject to sneaky sales tactics, to which I had to get a refund for items I had been told were free of charge (mattress cover and warranty) had I been told the price of these I would not have taken them. I then had to wait 2 weeks for a refund for a product I never wanted or asked for! When reviewing my receipt instead of removing these items they had simply reduced the cost of the mattress and included these still....looks like they make their commission from the extras! Despite this, I would order again just with a little more caution at purchasing stage.
