I have purchased beds from Dreams before and have always received good service. The ordering and delivery process was simple and easy. My daughter loves her new bed, and I am more than happy with our purchase.

The kindness and the patience of the staff from the moment I entered the shop to the delivery men. The lady in the shop seemed to know what she was talking about she was so confident and helpful.

We thought our mattress was squeaking. It turned out to be the divan base. On further searching found a big hole in the divan that wasn't there before.Don't want to blame delivery but that with mud all up carpet stairs and dirty hand prints on wall makes me suspicious it was stood on. Mattress okay I guess but off putting with a squeaking base and is a bit firm for our liking. Told by customer service nothing more could be done. Hey ho
Service in store was fantastic

Could not be happier with my visit to Dreams, Clydebank. Before visiting this store I tried another bedding specialist where the attitude of the salesperson was down right arrogant. Debbie, on the other hand was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I got everything in the store that I required. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone this store and in particular dealing with Debbie.

Came here to try out some mattress's. Gerry was very attentive and directed us to the mattress I had seen online. We were supplied pillows to test out the mattress which went a long way. We were offered a mattress protector free of charge with the purchase of our new mattress which was an added bonus. Gerry was able to get us Saturday of that week for delivery which was very ideal as our current mattress is giving us back ache. We were even offered a bottle of water whilst we waited. Would recommend was a fast and smooth visit

Worth the money

We have used Dreams several times and never been let down. Recently bought a new bed and mattress from Dreams, it was worth the trip up to Clydebank where Debbie led us through all that we had to know. I wouldn't go anywhere else, having once had a horror story by trying to cut corners on the internet. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The service was second to none, from the purchase in Clydebank to the two gentleman that did the fitting. Would definitely recommend!

Nathan was a great help and my experience picking the right bed was quicker than I thought. He was very helpful and within 10 minutes I had my divan, headboard and mattress picked along with my daughters new bed and mattress also. I cant wait for the beds to arrive now.

Visited the Clydebank store with my 88 year old mother looking to buy her an adjustable bed.
The staff member was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient and took his time with my mother who has mobility issues and is a little deaf.
No pressure to buy.
Whole process of choosing and ordering was enjoyable.

Had a fantastic experience with Dreams. Went to the Glasgow store looking for a new mattress, and the shop assistant was very efficient, showing us the most suitable mattresses for our sleep positions and price range. Delivery was arranged very smoothly, and on the day communication about the delivery time slot was very good. The delivery guys were courteous and took the mattress to where we needed it. Would definitely use Dreams again.

My husband is just out of hospital after a back injury and we knew it was time to invest in a quality, supportive bed and mattress. So glad we chose Dreams. Outstanding customer service. Can’t wait for our new dream sleeper!

Sales guy was very good, had all the info we needed, delivery was when they said it would be and the guys uncovered the new matresses and put them on the beds for us. They wore carpet protectors and were very pleasant. The matresses themselves seem to be excellent - only been a few months but no complaints.

Great service from the minute I walked into the store. Advised to do the bed rest and 5 mattress’s recommended. The salesman was excellent and i chose the BEST mattress we have ever had. It’s so comfortable, thanks DREAMS.
