Great service from beginning to end. From first arriving at the store to the delivery of our chosen products there is nothing negative I could say. The sales person was very helpful without being pushy and contrary to our expectations we weren’t recommended the most expensive products in the store having used the sleepmatch service. Three weeks later we are still very pleased with our choices and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dreams to others.

We were met by a lovely sales assistant who took the time to explain what mattresses were available after we had our scans. We tried several to decide what was best for us. We were not pressured into choosing the1st one and given lots of time to decide what was best for both of us. Very happy with our purchases.

Excellent purchasing experience, long lead time to get the product but no issues and and exceptional delivery experience. Top marks.

Brilliant experience in the Clydebank store. Staff extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all products, and even offered me a drink as well which I know sounds basic but it goes a long way

Purchased top of the range mattress for 1300 odd quid 18 months ago.started to sag and buckle, causing sleepless nights,contacted dreams who sent me to their insurers ,who after 3 weeks eventually came to examine the mattress. Said that the depression and sagging was within dreams tolerance of 4cm. And has no idea why the one edge is depressed suggested that we sit on the edge of the bed .stated our claim is invalid. 4 cm
Is ridiculous
And had we known would not have Purchased from. These cowboy manufacturers.

The service at the Clydebank store was excellent. Feel very confident we got the best attention to what we needed, were not rushed or pressured to buy. Pointed out any bargains which we benefited from. Excellent service and lovely care of my elderly mum.

We were served by Gerry in the Clydebank branch of Dreams and he couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The sleepmatch program in store is great and after doing this we managed to pick our perfect mattress and lovely bed frame.

I ordered a sofa bed for my mother moving to sheltered housing. The salesman in the store was helpful and knowledgeable about the products. It was no problem when I called in again to change the delivery date. I was kept informed about time for delivery and they arrived spot on. The delivery crew were loveley, friendly and helpful, one of the guys even brought another heavy package that had arrived upstairs for me a bit of above and beyond. The guys assembled the sofa and showed me again how to use it, couldn't fault the delivery service and over shoes worn on the new carpet. The sofa bed is ideal, nice and compact two seater ( Haze natural two seater), feels comfy as a bed too. Highly recommend Dreams from shop to delivery.

We went to three bed shops, Archers, Benson's and Dreams. Archers stock looked like cheap quality, Benson's was too hot inside the shop which made me fell ill, and even though the sales assistant knew his information, he gave us too much information in a short period of time and stayed with us the whole time. Dreams greeted us and let us browse until we called them over to us. She gave us information when we asked and kept leaving us to it rather than following us around the store. We went in for a bed and mattress and left with the additional add ons of mattress protector, duvet and new pillows. We are not one for spending a lot of money but the pillows Stevie recommend ! OMG! The colder pillows are amazing! And I cannot believe how quick the delivery period is!

Myself and my partner were highly satisfied with our visit to the Clydebank store and with Stevie, who provided excellent support and advice when we were looking to replace our mattress. Stevie spoke to us about the sleepmatic machine, which allowed us to specify the type of mattress that would be best for us. After deciding on the mattress, we were given a quick delivery schedule and also the option to uplift the old mattress, all at a reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends in the future.

Very happy with the help and guidance in store. Nathan was brilliant. The quality and choice of beds and mattresses was excellent and with Nathan's help and advice I was very happy to make my purchase. Looking forward to my new beds and mattresses arriving soon.

The experience of choosing a mattress was simple and the customer advisor was very helpful and friendly. Our mattress was delivered within 5 days and we were kept informed of when our delivery was due to arrive. I would highly recommend!
