I required a new cossy mattress full of care and comfort, where to go, go to Dreams

Very happy with my new mattress, right from night one it has felt very comfortable. The bed that works out which type of bed you will need was spot on, very impressed with that . Staff were very helpful.

Ordered bedding a month ago paid in full.still waiting for delivery 3 phone calls and still waiting please shop elsewhere

My mattress was delivered on time by 2 friendly men it took a few nights to get use to it but it's very comfortable now a very wise buy

My daughter has learning disabilities and Autism so when we went to buy her a new mattress it was difficult for her to express and choose so we were encouraged to try the sleep machine which then narrowed it down to the level of support. Massive help and both staff were exceptional in the support they offered my daughter without being in any way patronising, very impressed.

I am disabled after my stroke and came to Dreams to buy an electric adjustable bed. I was looked after from the moment I arrived. I was able to try the bed, duvet and pillows. I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep in store. Jackie O took the best care of me throughout my visit and I had a lovely brew from Jackie P. I felt 100% happy and confident in my purchase and I can't wait for my new bed to arrive.

Top service from the store manager who was helpful and had great knowledge to explain the benefits of a top quality mattress / comfort levels. Unrushed service which was great to see and non pushy. Could have purchased same mattress for £450 less at benson for beds but nobody even said hello, so paid more for the great service!!

Great service and knowledge of products. Listened to what we wanted and guided us through the process. Including use of the sleep dreams which analysed our positions and what mattress would be best for us.

Dreams staff were excellent in helping us with our search for a new mattress. Don (prior to purchase date) was very friendly and attentive, guiding us through the Sleepmatch tool which identified the best type of mattress for our needs. Relevant mattresses in the showroom were identified and we tried each in our own time. There was no rush or pressure, only useful advice and a complementary hot drink. Delivery was on time, polite and friendly staff, who used shoe coverings on entering the house. Mattress placed in position in designated room, unwrapped and packaging taken away. Instructions for use and maintenance were provided. Highly recommended.

Don in the Crewe store was very knowledgeable and helpful. Bed arrived on time and the delivery men were very respectful of my home and put the bed together in no time.

Jackie, the assistant at the shop in Grand Junction, Crewe, was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between the types of mattresses which the sleep test had shown was suitable for our needs. She also helped us to decide on the best storage base to use and the design of headboard. We appreciated the Dreams offer that, should we not be completely satisfied with our mattress within 100 days, it could be changed for another one. Placing the order was simple and the delivery was excellent. The bed was delivered on the date that had been booked when we ordered. It also arrived in the time slot we had been informed on the day of delivery. The fitters where excellent, smartly dressed in Dreams uniforms and wore protective covers over their shoes. They were very friendly and advised us that the type of mattress we had should only be turned top to bottom and not turned over. Would definitely recommend Dreams as their customer service was excellent.
