Disappointed …
The sales team in store were fantastic at helping us choose the right bed, we arranged and paid extra for a Saturday delivery as myself and partner both work full time. We waited over 4 weeks for delivery, took our bed down the night before and recycled it in time for the delivery of the new bed. We were rang 12 hours before delivery to tell us our bed would not be arriving and we’d have to wait another week! They could no longer deliver on a Saturday unless we waited another 2 weeks!! We were left a whole 7 days without a bed. We were offered £100 compensation and a refund on our delivery…we received neither!!!
Deliver day arrived and they delivered our new bed only it was way too small. The mattress didn’t fit the base, leaving inch gaps all around and the base measures smaller than a standard double! 🤯
Several calls and emails and all I keep getting told is I can choose a new mattress that fits the base but I’m not happy with the base either. I’m getting nowhere with their poor customer service so I’m hoping this review will help.
I’m so disappointed that a reputable company like Dreams can let us down so badly.

Love my new bed!
Helpful staff, in particular Jackie was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about beds and mattress types. Lots to choose from. When my new bed and mattress arrived the team of lads built it in no time. Removed all packaging and old mattress. Great service ! Love my new bed!

Excellent service throughout
The whole process from visiting the store and viewing beds and mattresses, and then ordering in store went extremely smoothly and the store assistants left us alone until we were ready. Following order we were kept informed of the future delivery and any changes to the date. On the day of delivery we were again given a two hour slot of when it would arrive. The delivery team were very polite and courteous. They used overshoes entering our property to remove the old bed and mattress and bring in the new. The installation and making of the bed was all done with efficiency and expertise. They even explained a bit about mattress care and what to do with the mattress guarantee if we didn’t like the mattress up using it. All packaging and rubbish was also taken away by the installation/delivery team.
Excellent service from day one through to full installation of new bed. Would have no qualms about recommending Dreams in the future.

Unfortunately it’s a little bit smaller…
Unfortunately it’s a little bit smaller than our previous super king sized mattress so it doesn’t fit our bed frame as well as the old mattress did.
