The Dreams crew were great! They were pleasant, friendly, informative and worked very quickly. They made sure that they cleared away and disposed of all packaging such as plastic coverings and cardboard as they went along. A great team and a pleasure to meet them.

So easy to shop online and the added bonus of being able to speak to someone when I was unsure. A considered purchase made but British made and I am confident of the quality. So far wonderful, quality. Delivery was excellent, the guys so helpful and old mattress taken away.

I actually cannot fault the experience from start to finish. I purchased a high end Tempur mattress, pillows and new ottoman bed. Managed to get a good price and the delivery and installation was excellent. Arrived on time and was very professionally delivered and built in no time at all, no mess and very friendly

Whole process from showroom to delivery was excellent. Staff in the showroom explained all the options and gave us plenty of time to decide. Delivery happened when it was supposed to and the delivery staff were very pleasant and efficient.

dreams beds crewe over priced and very poor quality all they want is your money not interested in customer's service l would not go their again had a single bed that fell a part after only 2 months use it was supposed to be a quality bed top of the range having contacted customer services lfound them not helpful they promised a new base and head board what came was just a base the delivery guys had instructions to take the old base and head board the head board was £316.00 on its own so l would have been that amount down dont go there l spent over £1000.00 on a king sized mattress and single bed l feel like l have been done l will never go to dream bed agian and will not recommed them cheap rubbish there delivery guys were great they were help but customer service are belligerent and not helpful .

The staff at the shop and the delivery team were very helpful and polite and my new mattress is absolutely brilliant I suffer with back trouble but since I have had my new temper mattress I am having no pain or discomfort at all really pleased with it
