Happy with our new mattress…
We were very happy with our mattress purchase from Dreams. From the gentleman who helped us pick a mattress in the shop right through to the delivery guys who brought it, everyone was friendly and helpful. Great service, too much packaging.
The in store customer service was excellent and very helpful. The beds and mattresses purchased are also excellent (if a little expensive).
The amount of packaging from 3 beds and 4 mattresses, was somewhat overwhelming and very much an inconvenience to deal with. Once packed down this took up my entire car boot and I had to take a specific trip to the recycling center (which needed a booking etc).
I would encourage Dreams to consider carefully how they could safely package goods in a more environmentally friendly manner (so much plastic), and/or how they could for instance take said packaging away for customers.

Excellent range of products. Clearly specified and priced. Deal was conducted in a very friendly way and clear explanations were given to a range of questions we asked. 10 out of 10 for customer service. Would not hesitate to point family and friends to Dreams for product range and quality

Absolutely great experience
Absolutely great experience, Kevin from Dunfermline store did great job , mattress is fantastic also the bed frame. Mattress arrived first, l had to wait for frame a bit longer, my favorite colour was out of stock.

Quality King Sized Mattress from Dreams Store Dunfermline
Really Comfortable King Size Mattress bought from Dreams Dunfermline Store. Thanks to Tony who was a very kind, patient man and gave us good advice and time to try out various mattresses. Took my husband and myself a bit of time to whittle it down to the one we bought.
Delivery was great with the two men getting it into our home and kindly placed it on our bed frame and removed our old one to be recycled. They were very respectful.
Would give Tony and the delivery team 10 out of 10.

Staff were extremely helpful
Staff were extremely helpful, polite, informative, attentive but at the same time gave me space to look around for myself. There was no pressure to buy, but when I made my selection, while the salesman was completing the paper work I was offered tea/coffee which I was impressed with.
