Personal client focused experience
Choice of bed frames and mattresses. Ability to assess the best mattress for different body types and sleeping positions. Clarity of explanations about time frames and options for warranties, delivery and assembly. Personally, the patience of the sale person who was very accommodating of my particular needs as an autistic person.

I bought the mattress for my Grandson…
I bought the mattress for my Grandson and his partner and the have told me how comfortable it is and they have had a great nights sleep.
The man in the Elgin shop was very helpful and attentive.
The young men who delivered the mattress also were very helpful and obliging. Phoned prior to delivery and were very efficient.

Delighted with new bed
Delighted with new bed . The two boys that assembled it were kind, helpful and efficient .
They wore shoe protectors which I was pleased about as I had new carpets down .
They positioned the bed exactly where I wanted it and showed me how to access the storage underneath. I have experienced no problems . Thank you .

The salesman CRAIG
The salesman, Craig, was extremely knowledgeable about the products he was selling and discussed the pro's and con's of eachnproduct I was interested in. He was friendly and helpful without bring pushy or intrusive. He made the bed and mattress buying easy and I would certainly go to him at Dreams again.

The staff in the Elgin store were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Also made a great cup of tea!
The bed and bedding I ordered arrived on time with regular delivery updates from the company. Again the delivery guys were friendly helpful and put my order where I requested. All round a great service.
