Perfect Service, Perfect Bed!
Couldn't fault the young man who served me. He wasn't over bearing just very knowledgeable and friendly and didn't try to push me into making a decision too quick. The ottoman bed I chose was perfect and it is super comfortable with fantastic storage. The delivery and installation was seamless too and again very friendly helpful Gentlemen. Wouldn't go past Dreams now

I recently visited the Metro Center…
I recently visited the Metro Center Retail store and I recived excellent customer service and purchased a matress.
I was after a mattress on that day, I have been to Barkers and Stonehouse and they couldnt be bothered with me and nobody apprached me to see if I was ok.
So you get the sales as your collegue apprached me.

My experience in buying a new bed at Dreams was all down to Drew the sales adviser. From start to finish on walking through the door Drew welcomed us and provided expert knowledge and took his time to understand what we needed and explained everything. It was a pleasure in buying our bed.

Excellent customer service
The customer service from dreams was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and we couldn’t fault any part of the process. The bed settee however, was not as good as I’d hoped. It is very hard when used as a bed and you’re glad when you don’t have to sleep on it a second night! I’ve bought a mattress topper but that still hasn’t made it totally comfortable.
