When choosing my comfortable mattress the staff at the shop were very attentive and helpful. I got my new mattress delivered to me in time and the delivery drivers were very polite and placed my mattress in the room I wanted it and even placed it on my bed. I was very pleased with the staff and their drivers very helpful.

I’m so happy with my purchase! The team at Gravesend were so helpful when choosing my new mattress. The bed is so comfortable and I’ve slept so well! I would definitely recommend to others and return for
future purchases.

Although we ordered the bed at Gravesend Kent we had it delivered to our new address in Wiltshire. Seamless process and arrived as scheduled the day after we moved into our new home.
The Swaffham mattress is the most comfortable one we’ve ever had and get a lovely nights sleep. The Ottoman base is great for so much storage. Highly recommend both and Dreams Beds.

Friendly helpful staff, not too pushy

When I was purchasing the mattress I was not told it was a deep one so ended up buying new sheets so they stopped pinging off the corners.

Pleasant helpful staff that weren't pushy in the store and the delivery was also a pleasure helpful clean tidy and polite. Can't fault anything. Plus getting a better nights sleep , what's not to like.

I was made to feel welcome and my needs were listened to. I was assessed using their amazing technology and I picked the perfect bed I now sleep well and do not have any back aches that I was having.

We were sold a mattress in one of the Dreams stores last year.
We were under the impression if the mattress wasn’t comfortable for us we were able to exchange for a different mattress.
The fine detail that was missed is that we would have to spend the same amount again or more.
If we knew this in the first place, we would have purchased a cheaper mattress first just incase.
Instead we were sold a £1300 mattress that felt ok in store, but after a week it was giving both of us tremendous back pain.
We were then told about the exchange policy that we had to spend the same or more on another mattress.
We felt we were at a bit of a sticking point and had no other choice.
Due to the policy, we then spent another £200 on a £1500 mattress.

Twelve months on, and we have a more expensive mattress that is still giving us excruciating lower back pain.
We appreciate different mattresses suit different people, but we would have thought being sold two different mattresses that one of the mattresses would have suited us.

Coupled with damage to our property from the delivery service, cancelled deliveries and the fact we’ve had to spend hundreds of extra pounds to pay for a mattress topper to make the mattress more supportive, we are not impressed.

I've not had delivery yet as this is not due for a few weeks.
In store service was excellent though.
I did luck out by going at a very quiet time, however the staff were very welcoming, knew the products and I did end up spending a little more than originally expected but I decided to go for a more supportive and comfortable mattress.

Perfect service throughout! From ordering to receiving the bed we were kept informed at every step! Great service in store when we were finding it hard to choose! Haven't set it up yet as we are waiting for new carpet to go in but looking foreard to it!
