I recently had an outstanding experience with a sales assistant who truly went above and beyond. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome, even offering me a drink, which instantly set a friendly and relaxed tone. They took the time to really understand my needs, asking thoughtful questions and listening carefully to what I was looking for.

What made the experience even better was their great sense of humor, which made the entire process enjoyable and engaging. They effortlessly combined their deep product knowledge with a light-hearted approach, making me feel both confident and comfortable with my choices.

ordered instore the experience was good, BUT, THE DELIVERY WAS ABOVE WHAT WAS EXPECTED, The delivery team Kieran and Callum, two pure gentlemen, I never asked them to do anything, but they just got on with it anyway, "saved me a lot of time and trouble" would i recommend, you bet i would, the store was Hedge End Southampton.

The sales lady was professional and had a great knowledge about your product. We were not kept waiting for weeks for delivery and were given a date short delivery time after confirming this was convenient to us both. The delivery was prompt, the staff were friendly, respectful of our property, one of them ensured we we fully understood our rights. A great team effort.

Ordered a new Bed Base and Headboard from our local store back in January. Had to wait as month for delivery (which was fine). It turned up this morning and found that after putting it all together that the wrong sized Headboard was ordered.

We contacted our local store about the error, only to be told that we needed to ring the customer service helpline ( even though it was the local store's error in the first place!)

After waiting on hold and listening to boring music on repeat play for 26 minutes we finally got through to customer services. Correct headboard has now been ordered but got to wait ten days for it.

This incident has made us think twice about buying from Dreams again. Incidences like these when the error is clearly theirs should be done at the store and not having to contact a customer service helpline.

We recently purchased 2 beds from DREAMS Hedge End Store (Southampton) which were delivered 5/2/25. We were expertly dealt with by ‘Julie’ in-Store, and the whole process from order to delivery went smoothly and to our complete satisfaction. The Delivery men, GILL and ANDREW arrived on time and both were polite, respectful and set up the beds in no time, removing all packaging. A very enjoyable experience with DREAMS throughout and we would have no hesitation in using them again and thoroughly recommend this Company.

Lovely bed and great service from Dreams

After having such a warm and friendly person who spent time explaining about the firmness of the mattresses after I took the in store sleep experience Julie offered (which I recommend you take). She then took me round to showing me the different options for my budget and didn't make me feel awkward because I wasn't paying thousands for a mattress ( I couldn't have asked for a nice person to help me). Along with Julie and the great delivery service it was all going so well. The delivery people did everything Julie had said from calling the day before (if a little early 🤭) to confirm the delivery slot, to being on time.
They were very pleasant and help which means alot when you are letting people into your home. Unfortunately the Dreams experience then went a little sour. After opening the mattress there was an AWFUL smell (like paraffin or a really intense bug spray). I suffer with migraines and both my partner and I have chest problems. I had to take tablets to go to bed for 4 nights because the smell triggered migraines and my partner's coughing has been a lot worse. I popped back to the Hedge End store and after talking to a lady (who knew nothing about the smelly mattresses) she showed me to a very nice gentleman who explained about the spray you put on some mattress and suggested airing the mattress in a room with the window open for about a week. I couldn't do this as it is winter and I had already disposed of my old one. If I have known about the smell I probably wouldn't have purchased this one. Please can you make sure all your staff know about the spray you use and they tell the customers at point of purchase. Maybe include a leaflet explaining how to air the mattress and not to use it for a week or so. After all you have to consider their they may have health issues.

Carl was great - we visited the hedge end branch which has 2 other bed retailers on site and they were shocking. People buy from people and the service dreams provided from start to finish including delivery was great. Would highly recommend.

Our experience with the sales advisor was great and he was very helpful . Our only issue was having to pay extra for the drawers which came as a surprise.
