Not upfront with costs
By being up front with their costs. The, so called, 100 night guarantee comes with a £95 cost that the store never told us about. When I spoke to customer services they said that they didn’t tell me because I didn’t ask!!!
If you do want to use this company (I certainly won’t ever again) then I suggest buying online as you have more protection

We are very pleased with the bed we purchased from Dreams. Best thing I liked about it was we don't need to put a valance on it as it looks great without one. It is comfortable and we were pleased that the men who came to put it together did so without any fuss.

The staff were very helpful, explained everything, made recommendations for me to consider when choosing items to purchase which was a great support.
The delivery and assembly team were very efficient and professional, the whole operation went smoothly, and the bed is so comfortable.

We have visited Dreams on several occasions and have found staff (particularly Natalie and Rachel) very kind, helpful and informative. Always prepared to go above and beyond.

Everything about this purchase has been perfect. The customer service in the shop was excellent, the bed is fantastic, the mattress is even better, and delivery and installation was prompt, quick, very helpful and extremely professional. I'm really impressed.

Dreams Walker Rolled Mattress
I wasn't sure about a foam mattress, as I was for years more familiar with metal sprung versions, but the Dreams Walker Rolled Mattress is very good. Firm enough to support my 18st weight while soft enough to be comfortable. I had to buy a non slip sheet to stop it sliding around on my slatted bed. I was a wee bit shorter than I would have preferred, but not too much of an issue. Very good overall.
