Excellent service and customer care
From start to finish I received great customer care.
Staff in the local store were informative and very helpful.
Delivery, wow, not only did I receive e-mails and a text confirming delivery date, I also received a telephone call confirming delivery; on the day I got a call to say they were on their way and would be with me in 10 minutes, which they were, the delivery drivers took off their shoes at the front door, swapped over the mattresses with no fuss or bother.
A great customer care service all round, thank you.

Great shop assistant
We found our shopping experience very pleasant. Not only that we found our bed and mattress (waiting for it to be delivered), the pre-booked consultation assistant, Rachel was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.
I found the mattresses slightly overpriced, so we had to make a smart compromise but she also helped with finding the right piece.
