Very Good Service
I have trouble with sciatica so I need a comfortable but supportive mattress. The staff in Dreams shop, Horsham, were welcoming, courteous and attentive to my needs. A test bed was available in the shop which, after being fed personal inofmation, measured the mattress's response to bodyweight and advises on the best choice. I have been sleeping very comfotably on the recommended mattress for 3 weeks now and the pain from my sciatica has eased considerably. Bravo to Dreams and to Rachael, our well informed sales lady.

Very helpful staff in the shop and we used their handy sleeping position analyser machine to help us choose our new mattress (pointed towards mid range firm options rather than the most expensive which was good news!). It was less than 2 weeks until delivery. Dreams delivery guys were also helpful and friendly. Too early to say whether the mattress will help my bad back long term but I'm hopeful - it feels good quality and supportive and much better than our old Simba one which we only managed to put up with for 3 years as too soft. (Tip: arrange for British Heart Foundation to take your old mattress away for free if still looks in good condition).
