Wonderful pair of delivery men made light work of getting my lovely comfy mattress up some very steep, twisty stairs and removed my old, very heavy mattress for recycling.
Delighted with the quality of the mattress which is comfortable for my damaged spine.

We bought a mattress and bed for my daughter when she moved into her flat and she came back to live at home. The mattress was bulging on both sides. Apparently cause the mattress was not in her name but her partners althought the card used to purchased as registered to our address where she has come back to they cannot do anything to help. It took me one year of continous contact with many different departments and its still not resolved. We have 3 more beds since purchasing this one so have spent an awful lot of money having 6 people in our family. I was in contact with citizens advice but they advised that Dreams are NOT part of the FCA. Just goes to show then!! Have a headboard issue now wonder if I try they will help or not! System wont allow to enter the date first report but it was May 2023. If this is Peter Lally I have contacted you before and you said you were unable to help. I have contacted the ombudsman and they said you are not registered.

Dreams just delivered on what they said they would. From outstanding assistance in store finding us the best deal, to well-organised delivery within the time-slot they notified us of. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly helpful and friendly.
All in all a very positive experience!

Not quite 5 stars
Just misses out on 5 stars because when the fitters unpacked my bed there were some bolts missing. Had they not had spares in their van, they would not have been able to complete the build. A little bit shoddy on the part of the packers. Other than that, no complaints. Delivery was as scheduled, the fitters were efficient and I’m really pleased with my new bed.
