I have taken some time to look into your order in more detail.
Whilst I appreciate that you have requested a collection and refund, as the mattress is not subject to any faults, we cannot offer this to you.
However, we do offer our customers a 100-night comfort guarantee and can see that an exchange of your mattress has been raised. We are really proud to offer this option to our customers as it allows them to choose an alternative mattress in exchange if they are not getting on with the mattress they purchased.

James spent a lot of time with me…
James spent a lot of time with me understanding my needs and showing me suitable options. At my request he also let me try unsuitable options. He then left me and gave me space and time to make my decision. I was very undecided so I really appreciated that I wasn’t crowded or rushed. I mentioned my neck and shoulder problems and James sold me a suitable pillow also. He made a lovely cappuccino too!
