Excellent Service
James in the Ilford store was extremely helpful, having tried the "smart bed, which suggested Medium was best for me, I decided on the Kirkham mattress that was delivered on 19th June. I have been turning the mattress each week, but three weeks in and I am struggling. It is much firmer than the mattress tried in the showroom and my hip is now more painful than ever. Looks like I will have to exchange under the 100 Night Comfort Guarantee....

Superb service.
Superb service from Pam. Only went in to see what was available and came out having purchased a bed. Kept informed about progress and no trouble arranging delivery date. Everything went very smoothly and I am completely satisfied with the bed and mattress. Started in December 2023 and delivered 27 March 2024.

Went into Ilford store for a mattress
Went into Ilford store for a mattress, spoke to Ayesha, who was polite and,check which mattress we needed.
We sat down she look on the computer and told us it was 299, so we used card we where charge 299
When we got home look at the invoice on line, I am 73, I am looking forward to my mattress for a sound comfortable sleep.

Mattress Purchases …
We recently bought 2 x bed mattress from our local Dream store in Ilford. On the day we made the purchase we had the pleasure of meeting Ayesha (sales rep).
First of all there is no hard sell with the team at Dreams in Ilford and Ayesha (who spent a good 2 hours hours with us!) doesn’t pressure or hurry you into making a decision it’s all at a relatively easy pace! She's is very open, practical and honest and will advice what is best in relation to quality and your budget spend. If it wasn’t for Ayesha, we might not have placed an order with Dreams.
In terms of the negatives, there aren't any to be honest.
If you want a good customer service and help with choosing the perfect bed/mattress then head off to Dreams and hopefully you too bump into Ayesha! Overall the experience has been great and we will be more than happy to revisit the store again.

Friendly efficient service
Very courteous welcome to the store, James offered tea and made appropriate suggestions based on my requirements. He explained everything well.
Delivery was smooth and went as scheduled (accurate delivery time slot given in advance). They delivered it to the loft room despite all the building work in the way.
We changed our minds about them taking our old mattress away and they offered a refund as we had paid for this service. It was processed within a few days and we got a call to let us know.
Their service goes above and beyond.
The mattress is really comfortable.
