excellent staff at the kidderminster branch we were kept informed of the different types of mattress and decided on a firm one still getting use to it but sleeping ok pleased with the choice.

The bedroom was delivered on Friday 8th May and assembly is this morning by Ollie . All gone well, no issues. lovely furniture, now have had 2 bedrooms done with Wren bedroom furniture

She talked us through all the difference Mattresses, and how they can affect your sleep.
She was extremely helpful and friendly.

Our experience in Dreams was amazing. We had great time going through what we liked what we needed out of a new mattress and took our time choosing. We didn't feel rushed and when our mattress arrived the delivery drivers were brilliant, kind and polite. Mattress is perfect, highly reccomend the Dreams- Kidderminster store.

Great feeling when you walked in had time to look and if you needed help they were there Rhys was helpful and easy to talk too great all round experience very happy with the service 😀

We were greeted by Frances at the Kidderminster store after I’d phoned ahead to check if they had any mattresses we could take away the same day. She let me know they had two in the size we needed, so we headed over — and they were perfect.
We were offered drinks while we looked around, which was a lovely touch. We also received a free mattress protector to take home. After trying out a couple of pillows with the mattress, we ended up buying them too — and even got a free duvet!

To top it all off, my daughter was thrilled to find out she could take home a free cuddly toy — she chose Snuzan, which made her day.

We were absolutely delighted with the service and couldn’t believe our luck. It was such a great experience from start to finish.
