Exceptional help and advice in every ways
From the moment I entered the Dream shop in Kidderminster I felt comfortable because the shop assistants didn’t swoop on me as I was walking around looking at the mattresses .
After a few minutes browsing an assistant came over and asked if I needed any help .He was so informative and helpful and guided me around the store trying mattresses for comfortI wasn’t rushed at all .Never any pressure to buy .When an if I need another mattress I will go straight to Dreams .
Without doubt a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone !

All things were great as usual
All things were great as usual, the delivery team were exceptional & went over & above.
1 very minor problem was the Mattress protector as supplied when fitted was so tight it made the bed feel like hardwood, no give in it at all.
Another aspect of your performance was the assistant who served us was excellent, attentive without being servile or intrusive, listened to what we said & adapted our wishes as required. 10/10 for almost everything.

Lovely bed, good quality
Bed is lovely, we paid for assembly as ordered an ottoman bed. Was worth every penny. Lads were lovely, job done quickly and efficiently, it would have taken us hours. Purchased a cheaper mattress as only for spare room and it’s really comfortable. It’s a bit of a struggle for me to lift the mattress to use storage but easy for my husband. Would recommend.

Overall performance
Excellent service from staff in the shop, informative but not pushy. Kept informed of delivery date and got a call, as promised, on the day of the delivery with a time slot which was adhered to. Delivery men were friendly and accommodating. The bed is fabulous.

Very comfortable bed
Delivery on time and efficient. We were able to change date easily. Very comfortable mattress. Great to be able to try out beds in store. Drawers in base shorter than previous ones. Disappointed that staff we spoke to in store didn't call us back when we left a message saying we wanted to order. Placed order online instead. It wasn't clear on site that mattress protectors only come with insurance. Couldn't see a way of ordering one. Email enquiry on this matter took ages for response so I used chat which was good.

Mattress delivered on time, delivery drivers very helpful and went above and beyond to help me because I am in a wheelchair and they package the old Mattress up and took it away. New mattress is extremely comfortable, better than I expected

Becky was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She gave a very friendly greeting and escorted us to use the Sleepmatch which was also extremely useful and accurate in its observations. It finally recommended the mattress which we had also thought to be the best fit. She gave info on pillows as well. We decided to purchase the mattress and was provided with coffee & tea whilst completing the order. TOP MARKS AAAA**** Just waiting now for the delivery and a good nights sleep.
