Dream experience
Excellent service in shop a no hassle service pleasant with a lot of information to end up with right mattress. Price of mattress reduced in black Friday sale and they refunded us the difference without quibble. Would highly recommend

Mattress is really nice and purchasing the mattress was a great experience but saying they will call a week before delivery they only really call a couple of days before then seem annoyed I needed to push delivery back. Snotty email received from the office.

Our dreams definitely came true
Absolutely fantastic from the start we walked in to the shop. The lady was amazing and very friendly. Never know that matress shopping could be this much fun❤️ The delivery guys were on time and was provided excellent communication. Since then we both sleep better. Thank you for making our dreams come true❤️

Sales assistant was very knowledgeable of the tempur mattresses. She was helpful supplying pillows for us to try out with the various mattress depths and designs, whilst maintaining a respectful distance to allow us time to make an informed choice without pressurising us into making the purchase.
