Really positive from store to delivery and afterservice. A few parts of the bed were damaged but replaced within 48hrs.

My first visit ended up with me leaving…
My first visit ended up with me leaving the store due to not enough staff present to take my purchase. I returned 2 weeks later and explained this and got a five star service from a sales colleague & the store manager. The delivery drivers were prompt, polite, extremely mindful of my new house & possessions and besides their battery running out on the drill they put together my bed, removed all the packaging and left my house spotless.

Personal service with a smile and greeted warmly and straight away we where offered a hot or cold drink which me and my family were taken back. Most retail shops just want your money but not this one.
