From start to finish, the process has been great!
Bed was delivered, but slight problem with damaged foot board and incorrect TV - within a week all was replaced (including free upgrade on the TV for the inconvenience).

Sales staff, support team and delivery men - all helpful and polite!

every thing from choseing bed the excelent staff service itemised services requested the time for delievery and on day of delievery phoned nd given time of arrival..the delievery guys were curtious.. removed old bad/mattress..and had the new bed fitted and complete within 20/25 minutes and removed all waste. perfect service bed great..woul recommend DREAMS

Had our new divan base delivered but did not put it together until a few days later. We discovered that one of the drawers would not open as one of the internal rail screws kept catching the drawer. We had to undo the bottom lining to access the internals of the divan and release the drawer. One of the screws was not countersunk into the rail and was causing the problem, but took us around an hour to fix. We also encountered one drawer which came apart and we had to nail back together as it was insufficiently held together with glue. Some of the plastic chrome looking fixings around the drawers were also not well fixed into place. At over £600 some improved quality control would be welcome. No issue with the store or the delivery team, but quality of products needs to be improved.

Lovely young member of staff (Olivia) dealt with us, she was very knowledgeable, polite, calm and organised and nothing was too much trouble. All of our questions were answered very professionally, no pressured sale. We did go ahead and purchase a bed and pillows. Would definitely recommend.

We visited the Lakeside store and were greeted by our sales assistant Preeti who helped us use the sleep machine and walked us through all the options. We asked lots of questions and got knowledgeable and helpful answers. We went away with info on our preferred choices and a quote. I placed the order by phone with the store a couple of days later and booked the delivery. We love the new bed, it is perfect for us and very comfortable. The service from our sales assistant and Dreams was excellent from start to finish, the delivery was on time and the delivery team provided advice on the products. Absolutely 5 big stars, great experience!

As mum is very picky I think the assistan was good dealing with mum and it didn't take as long as I thought it would so we are both very happy with the service that we received

Paul and his team exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time, demonstrated professionalism throughout, and efficiently assembled the bed with precision. Natalie was amazing and helped me find the perfect mattress for me taking into account all my needs. She was so friendly and considerate and made sure we had any refreshments we required. They were really informative about my options and what made they'd inferential from each other. The sleepmatch was very interesting and recommended beds that were perfectly comfortable for me. The service was fantastic when picking the bed i was helped thoroughly in finding the right bed and mattress for me and on the day of delivery it was built in under 30 minutes, their customer service was fantastic and to say the least i love the bed its solid and the mattress is simply comfortable.
