Rosie was outstanding in the Leamington store. Very helpful and considerate. Even called me to make sure I didn't miss the discount.

I was extremely impressed from the visit to the showroom, buying the bed, headboard and duvet and the delivery. I was very well informed as to the delivery and i was delivered spot on time and I will definitely be recommending Dreams for beds etc.

The gentleman that assisted us in the shop was very helpful. Talked us through finance options etc. we’ve had our mattress a couple of weeks now and couldn’t be happier. I’m making excuses to come to bed early just to lay in it

Friendly team both in store at Leamington and the delivery team. Immediately put at ease on arrival being offered a drink - tidy store, excellent product knowledge and good range of prices. Delivery team were clear on times and stuck to them, helpful in offloading and answer/solving concerns. Highly recommend.

Great experience at Dreams with my purchase. David was very accommodating, knowledgeable and gave good advice. Patient while I tried a number of different mattresses and with deciding which was right. Used the Sleepmatch machine which really helped with choosing the right mattress. I would highly recommend this store and would certainly use them again in the future!!

We had been to the store to try out different bed options, the staff was helpful and answered our questions. They did not pressure us into making us a purchase.
They have good financing options too.

Rosie was really helpful choose our bed. We went on the sleepmatch and was then shown the relevant beds. We went in a few times - was never pushy for us to make a decision - greeted us each time and made us feel very welcome. Got offered a drink which was also lovely. As well as a brilliant bed, we chose the expensive pillows - best thing we have ever done - much preferred to my normal feather type. Thank you again Rosie!

Never felt we were being hurried to the most expensive mattress but was offered sound advise from a member of the team with good practical product knowledge. The staff member listened and acted accordingly

We visited the Leamington Spa store last weekend in order to purchase a mattress. We were assisted by Rosie, who was friendly and helpful, and we did not feel pressured. We also ended up purchasing two Tempur pillows which are very comfortable. And we are pleased that our mattress will be arriving quickly, later this week.

Found the staff in store very helpful and friendly but not too pushy. They helped me to search for lower prices items rather than upselling.

All buying experience from beginning to end was perfect.

Brilliant service. Needed two mattresses for our rental property. Assistant explained the different types of mattress, let us try them, guided us on durability and price. Also explained that some mattresses were on a longer lead time than others so may not be available for delivery before the next tenants move in. Assistant understood our need to shop around before buying, but once we did that we were happy to return and place our order.
