Went into the store not really knowing what kind of mattress we wanted. Wendy was brilliant and looked after us well. She was knowledgeable and advised us without being pushy and giving us time to look around on our own but being there when we needed her. We picked a mattress and was really happy with the delivery time and service. Great experience from start to finish. Thanks Wendy!

My experience in dreams was absolutely amazing the staff where so friendly very helpful the lady that welcomed me in the shop first think she asked me I would I like a drink and I fought how welcome that was has I had walked there its was warm day then she showed the bed that I brought and mattress she put on the machine to see what kind mattress I needed so I thought that was great I please with all the service that I received I definitely would recommend your shop to friends and I will definitely shop there again

Amazing service at dreams Leamington Spa. We where greeted by David at the door, who offered us a drink. Told David what we wanted out of the shopping trip and he suggested the sleep match to find the perfect mattress for me and was offered a pillow as well.
He was Very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Dreams leamington Spa again!

A great experience at Dreams Leamington. The staff were excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. The mattress we bought was delivered promptly with prior warning, and has proved to be a lifesaver following a back injury.

Rosie and her store manager are very friendly and patience to help us to get the perfect mattress even though we came to the store on Sunday near the store closing time. The mattress matching machine is very advanced, which gave us a very unusual customer experience. Rosie also explained the testing process and the product to us with her knowledgable advices. Thank you very much again for helping us to get a very firm mattress that fits our needs!

From the lovely salesperson who helped us buy the right bed and mattress (even made us a cuppa while we were testing the mattress), to the great service and delivery the whole purchase was perfect .

Everything went smoothly from the minute I walked into the store to the ‘on-time’ delivery.
Choosing my new mattress was so easy and it’s perfect for me in every way.
I paid to have my old mattress removed by the delivery men, If I had one concern it would be…. as a 75yrs old widow I was expected to get a king size mattress into the plastic bag provided, fortunately my son called in and helped also delivery man said he would have done it (but other drivers might not) Perhaps this is something that could be rectified.

Absolutely everything from first visit in a shop until delivery was spot on. Highly recommended.
