A great experience, in the showroom making choices through to delivery. The bed is lovely and the delivery drivers quickly put it together. We are really pleased.

A really great experience. Rosie a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff member who listened to what I wanted and came up the perfect solution. I was given a quick delivery date, the bed and mattress arrived on that day and was assembled by two equally helpful delivery men. Wonderful to get such good service.

Excellent service in the shop. We were shown a wide variety of options by Rose after our 'mattress fit' without any pressure to buy. Our comfort was put first.
Delivery follow up was excellent. Kept informed right up to the point it arrived. Nothing to much trouble for the crew.

The whole process went smoothly. The Salesman was pleasant, helpful and polite in the showroom. The beds arrived exactly when they said they would and the delivery men put them together with care.

Everybody from the store assistant through to the delivery men were so helpful. Leamington Spa branch are always excellent. This is the 2nd bed purchased from them this year.

Mattress bed is really really good only a purchase because I can go on the shop and choose bed and mattress for customer service really good she offers pillows also she gave us water so three time today. Her name is Rosie thank you so much have I gone back again to buy more thing

When we arrived at the store a young gentleman on shift welcomed us and supported in guiding us to the single, rolled up mattress range that was available to take home on the same day (which was what we came in for).

John helped us later on by guiding us to the options on display so that we could test them & later he helped us take our mattress to the car.

Once chosen, Rosie helped us in getting my sister on the sleepmatch to explore what mattress would be best for her and whether the one we chose was suitable (which it was) and completed our purchase.

All of these staff members were friendly, welcoming and offered us drinks which was kind.

Overall, we have a lovely experience and it was friendly and efficient… my sister is very please with her new mattress. We would definitely recommend and come back whenever we were in the market for a new bed/mattress

needed a new matress due to bad back pain went into store after looking online rosie the assistant was very professional and really helped me choose one was a bit more than i had budgeted for but after trying a few choose the one i was happy with
