Got a text previous day to confirm delivery. Waited all day wasn't until we contacted store we were made aware that it won't be delivered for another 3 days. This has left an 80 year old lady with no bed.

Came on time and was easy to put our bed together, would suggest giving yourself an afternoon to do it though and preferably with a helper. Instructions were clear and easy to follow

Our sales lady was excellent even though she was relatively new to the team but a big shout out to the two young men who delivered the bed. Most polite, respectful, very helpful and communicated. We are also very happy with the product.

I had never bought anything from Dreams before,and after looking what other shops had to offer I decided to go with Dreams,it was a good decision!!

I recently visited Dreams at Fosse Park to look for a replacement mattress after a frustrating experience I had with John Lewis. From the moment I walked into the store, the difference in customer service was clear. The staff were incredibly attentive and took the time to understand my needs without rushing or pressuring me. They used a sleep analysis tool to gather details about my sleep preferences and body type, which helped to narrow down the options that would provide the best support and comfort.

After going through several recommendations, I decided on the Sleepeezee Beatrice mattress, which felt perfect for my needs. I also purchased two Tempur pillows and protectors to complete the set. The staff explained everything in detail, from the materials used in the mattress to how the pillow could help with neck support. I left feeling confident in my purchase and reassured that I’d finally found a mattress that suited me.

The entire experience at Dreams was a breath of fresh air compared to my dealings with John Lewis. If you are looking for expert advice I would definitely recommend Dreams
