Brilliant delivery service, gents kept us informed and delivered on time.

All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Good range of products in the showroom, and sleep match system was useful in deciding on the best mattress for us.

Great bed, very comfy mattress from the start. Switched delivery dates with ease on the website. only thing I would change is I don't think you should have to pay extra on delivery for them to bring it upstairs when your spending over £1000

Pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly staff who do not rush you into purchasing. We went on the hi-tech mattress machine which confirmed what we had already supposed regarding our requirements for the firmness of mattress. As it was a compromise, we tried a few different beds before deciding.
Once delivered and now that we are sleeping on the mattress, we do feel we made the right choice guided very well by the sales assistant.
The delivery went well - the van arrived slightly early and the guys were careful getting the monster mattress up to the bedroom.

We visited the Leicester store today and were assisted by Laura. Her care, knowledge and lack of pushiness ensured that we made a great choice for new mattress. We paid and now look forward to the delivery on 2nd December, 2024. Thanks Laura, great job.

We had the therapur acti gel mattress as we ached and this was the one that seemed to fit our needs . It's a great mattress and very comfortable and we don't seem to get up with the aches we did on our previous one but the only thing I don't like is that I tend to roll to the middle which my husband says I imagine but I don't and I wish I had have took that in to consideration when we went to view it,also you have to turn it which is very hard as its so heavy. When we first had the mattress the smell was very strong I even rang up about it and was told it was sprayed with fire retardant and we should air it everyday for a week. We've had it 2 weeks and the smell isn't as noticeable now but we're still glad that we purchased it.

Fast delivery, excellent repayment options, delivery driver went above and beyond to bring the mattress into our home and put it to one side so we could still get around it until we moved it upstairs
