A dream of a sleep 😴
Fabulous sales team. So far our Tempur mattress has been a dream. It’s so comfortable and supportive and no back ache.
One issue I have is that if you want to exchange to something cheaper, the refund is ONLY in vouchers and not back to your account. This is not good practice, hence 4 stars only.

The delivery drivers Edward and his partner Where Extremely professional and polite, they even wore over shoes when delivering our goods which I appreciated very much . We are delighted with our new mattress, it is very supportive, but also very comfortable. The advice we were given was first class, and our choice came from that advice. The mattress was delivered by a very professional team who were very helpful. All in all, a very good experience.

New Year, New Bed!
We were made to feel welcome as soon as we entered the store. All staff were friendly and helpful and never made us feel uncomfortable or pressured into anything. Once we had made our initial choices we were helped through the rest of the purchase process. The sleep test machine was a vital part of making sure we ended up with a mattress that met our needs. The subsequent delivery and assembly of our new bed and mattress went according to plan and was swiftly and expertly carried out by the Dream Team!
