Amazing service from start to finish
From the moment we went to dreams, excuse the pun but it's been a dream!
The lady in Fosse Park, Debbie was incredible and we got what we needed for our guest room, it was a really easy transaction and she gave us lots of options - the service we got made us buy the bed from here.
The delivery chaps were equally as good and made it so quick and easy and so lovely to deal with.
The bed is fabulous everything we wanted, hence we would highly recommend going to Dreams for a bed, the service and product is impeccable.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff in the Dreams store
Regarding the delivery, which was only one week wait, we were kept informed on timings and on delivery day the two guys were exactly on time. They were very helpful and efficient. Even helped removing old mattress out of bedroom and into garage for us.
Bed is just what we needed and is very comfortable.
Would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

Excellent customer service
The staff in the shop and the delivery men couldn't be faulted. Excellent customer service. There is just one slight hitch. The mattress is very comfortable, but sooo heavy I struggle to get the fitted sheet on! Not something I could have checked in store. I think the issue is that the mattress drops down in the frame, making it harder to lift up.

Sweet Dreams!
From start to finish, choosing buying and sleeping in our new bed was a dream.
Lauren looked after us as soon as we set foot in the shop.
We had a lovely cuppa, had a sleep assessment and were shown which mattresses suited our sleep style.
We tried loads in the shop. No pressure to buy just great advice.

I’m very satisfied with my experience
I’m very satisfied with my experience at the store. As soon as my brother and I walked in to the store, one of the colleagues named Debbie welcomed us and asked if we are looking for anything that she can help us with. Debbie recommended us to lay down on the test mattress which helped us pick what type of mattress we need best for comfortable sleep.
After that experience my brother decided to go with the purchase few days after and later on I bought one myself and I was treated really friendly from the start when Debbie came up to me with a smile and offered a drink while my order was being processed. The whole experience was very pleasant and smooth. I really like the store because the whole team is very friendly and helps you in the best possible way suited to your needs and budget as well. Thank you so much for your great customer service!

First Class Experience !
The Staff were on hand to answer all our questions throughout our visit. Knowledgeable and polite they took us trough all the options available in a friendly manner.
The Bed was delivered on time by the excellent delivery guys, who quickly removed our old bed before installing the new one in a very professional manner.
Quality of the New CAMBOURNE Bed is first class and Very Comfortable.
