You get what you pay for.
The sales guy was very professional, polite and courteous. We spent more that budgeted, so put the balance on finance. We paid for delivery of the mattress to our room of choice and paid to get them to take the old one away. We received the time slot for delivery in advance and they arrived within the slot, delivery guys were great as well. Mattress is very comfortable and supportive, slept like a dream since we had it.

Very helpful staff. Lots of choice, reasonably priced
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. bought bed and mattress. Delivered as promised. After delivery we realized the mattress was not ideal for us and were able to swap for another model under their guarantee scheme. Was no issue, received vouchers for the difference as second mattress was cheaper: staff equally helpful when I spent the vouchers. Would recommend
