Excellent Customer Service
We looked at the beds in Leicester branch even though live in Essex. Staff understood but continued to be extremely helpful and took a lot time identifying the correct bed.
We tried the special mattress machine and it confirmed the correct mattress. I am disabled so to have a good nights sleep is incredibly important.
We considered a range of options and decided on the kingsize automated bed.
Been sleeping on it now for couple weeks and it is fabulous!

From visiting the shop to receiving my bed the service was perfect. Friendly staff at the shop, no pushy salesperson dint try to make you have what you didn’t want.
Delivery men both on time kept me updated on delivery time, wore protective footwear, one very happy customer.

The service provided was excellent. Due to problems with our new home purchase we had to change the delivery date several times but each time it was rearranged with no problem. All staff helpful and understanding.
The guys who delivered the bed provided a great service.
