Dreams - Leicester Fosse Park Reviews 

I was with my 94 year old mum who was looking for a new mattress for her bed.
We entered the store at fosse park in Leicester and was greeted by your salesman Gursikh on arrival. I informed him of our requirements to which he guided us to various products.
We where not after anything too expensive but middle of the the road and comfortable.
The salesman showed us several mattresses and my mum chose the one she liked and which was in her price range.
We were both impressed that he didn't push any particular product which allowed my mum to make her own choice.
Incidentally I have purchased my own king size mattress from Dreams online two weeks ago and I am very impressed and satisfied both in quality and price even better at the sale price thank you.
The salesman Gursikh was very professional and pleasant with his service most of all he listened to the customer.

Steve welcomed us to the store in a really friendly manner. He was very knowledgeable about the products. He listened to what we wanted, showed us the relevant products & answered all our questions. He was not pushy but gave us his advice when appropriate.
Whilst we made our purchase, he offered us a drink & sat us down.
We left feeling confident about our purchase & able to contact him if we had any concerns/questions before our delivery.
The computer generated sleep assessment really helped narrow down the products relevant to us.
We would return to the store & highly recommend. We visited following a recommendation from friends.

We were approached by a very helpful salesperson, Diane who helped us throughout. We were given plenty of time to try out each of the mattresses suggested to us after the computerised bed had selected the best type of mattress for us.
Delivery was very easy to arrange & they were also very helpful & efficient.

Took a whole month to deliver the bed and now it has came it’s the wrong colour considering we have got rid of the old bed to replace it with this to get a new one before Christmas will be impossible not a very good experience

Went into dreams and used the match machine. Was shown this bed and some others, the advisor said they were going to increase the firmness by another level then the machine shown. We chose a bed that was recommended and it felt the comfiest at the time, however when it was delivered we have found it really hard and hot. Currently sleeping on the sofa due to so much pain. Went back into dreams and matched to soft/ medium mattresses this time so completely different. Now waiting for our next mattress to arrive and had to pay £95 in delivery fees, so overall spent £150+ on deliveries. Now very nervous we have used our 1 exchange chance even though shown/ recommended 2 completely bed grades. Overall disappointed.

Didn't feel pushed into making a quick decision on a bed. Good advice given in store but not pushy.
Staff kept contact with us until delivery. Delivery was on time. Bobby and James were great. Respectful of property, inside and out. Wore company uniform and put on overshoes before entering property. Put mattress in place after removing old one. Left no mess.
Mattress is a great choice and so comfortable.

We recently visited Dreams Fosse Park to buy a new bed and mattress and were warmly welcomed by Chris. He asked a few questions to understand what we were looking for, then guided us around the showroom, letting us test different mattresses and pillows to find the perfect fit. Chris made the whole experience effortless - he was friendly, patient, and happy to answer every question we had. We’ll definitely be returning to Dreams soon to pick out another bed and mattress for one of the spare rooms!

Well looked after at the shop. The delivery men came at the time they said. Did everything that I asked for.
