Very happy with our experience buying a new mattress. The assessment process, testing them in store and ordering all handled by very pleasant member of staff.
Delivery was excellent, glad we paid extra for it to be taken upstairs, never knew they were so heavy!

Superb service all round - highly recommend
Fabulous service from this company. Choosing and ordering was made easy with the knowledge of sales lady and the guys that came and fitted the bed were superb from the minute they entered the house. They were skillful, professional and went out of the way to make sure we were satisfied with everything - thank you so much!

Great service and value for money
The staff was really friendly and helpful.
The sleep machine was also a great experience, and it was spot on with what I required.
I also felt my purchase was value for money and not overly priced like some outlets.
I mentioned that I needed the mattress as soon as possible due to my painful arthiritis and next day delivery was arranged.

A good experience from start to finish
The visit to the fosse Park branch was a really good experience. The young lady that helped us was a delight . No pressure and we certainly weren’t rushed. We took our time to choose the mattress that suited us both and we tried a few and then tried them out again as it’s an important consideration. The guys that brought our new mattress and took the old one were pleasant making it a smooth experience from start to finish.

Great experience from start to finish, very informative and helpful in the store and nothing was too much trouble.
The delivery and build all went well also, we had a phone call in the morning to tell us an exact time the bed would be delivered along with all the delivery information, 2 x very polite gentlemen delivered the bed and put this together.
