Excellent service from Dreams Leicester – special thanks to Gurs!
We recently visited the Dreams Leicester branch and were extremely impressed with the service we received, particularly from Gurs.
From the moment we arrived, Gurs was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for rather than simply trying to make a sale. His knowledge of the products was excellent, and he explained everything clearly, patiently answering all of our questions and helping us make the right decision.
What really stood out was how approachable and genuine he was. We never felt pressured or rushed, and the whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable. Gurs went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase, and his customer service was exceptional.
It’s not often you come across someone who takes such pride in providing a genuinely great customer experience, and Gurs is a real credit to the Dreams Leicester team.
A huge thank you to Gurs for all his help and professionalism. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Leicester branch to anyone looking for a new bed or mattress.

Exceptional customer experience
We had no idea what mattress we needed for our son’s bed. Nirali helped us choose the right mattress. I was particularly impressed by her approach, where she wanted to make sure we had exactly the best fit to our needs. I wish all Sales Assistants in all stores were as thorough and diligent as Nirali. It was a genuine enjoyable purchasing experience. We will definitely buy all our beds from Dreams Fosse Park again.

Had an electric bed and mattress…
Had an electric bed and mattress delivered for my mum last week and the two blokes were top notch. Shoe covers were worn, they checked the bed height and added the support feet, and gave me a full demo before leaving. Genuinely lovely blokes and a credit to the Dreams delivery team. 10/10! :)
