Welcomed to the store and asked if i needed any help.
I asked about the range of double mattresses and was given clear and helpful guidance. Having looked in other bed shops I had something to compare with in terms of prices and products and realised that Dreams were selling quality products at competitive prices.

Throughout the visit I felt the service to be friendly
and helpful and was pleased to go ahead with a purchase,

I would recommend anyone to visit DREAMS if they were buying a bed or mattress.

Excellent customer service in the shop, friendly and helpful. I thought I could have done a better job at getting the sofa round the corner of the bottom of the stairs (and avoid gouging the floor) but that may be wishful thinking. They got rid of it and brought the other one upstairs.

Everything from ordering on-line right up till delivery was easy and smooth running. Kept well informed of delivery time and this was adhered to. Excellent and extremely helpful delivery team, polite and funny too - which really made us smile. Delivered the mattress that I ordered in good order and carried up stairs and put it in the required room. Lovely team - good work.

It is like a breathe of fresh air when you actually come across a company that actually provides a near faultless service. I felt obligated to write this review as I have recently dealt with so many companies offering a poor service. I ordered a single ottoman bed for our spare room, and the salesman was so good. We wanted a good quality bed at a good price, along with a mattress. As the bed was for a spare room, we didnt want an all singing all dancing bed, at an extortionate price. It has just been delivered, where they kept in contact and I had a two hour window for the delivery. So I didn't need to stay in the whole day. The delivery man also phoned up an hour before the delivery, to say he was on his way. He also, carried up the three boxes up the stairs, without me asking for the service. Marvellous. Just got to put the bed together, and hopefully that goes the same way.

VERY good variety of beds and mattresses, staff in New Malden department very nice meeting and greeting, all information has been provided. Delivery very quick. Highly recommended Dreams.

Found exactly the mattress I needed.
The store didn't have that many mattresses on display though (not a very big store).

The range of beds was also reduced which is a pity because I had to go find a bed somewhere else.

Normally, staff at other Dream stores would not be willing to go above and beyond when a customer walks in 15 minutes prior to closing, however the customer service we received from John was exceptional. He was very friendly, he kept us at ease and allowed me time to figure out how to get my student discount. He offered me and my partner something to drink and was keen to detail when completing our order for us. It was a very swift experience that only lasted 10 minutes, that’s how efficient he was. He knew exactly about each product and had great product knowledge. He also ensured that at every step of the order process, we were happy with the decisions. The delivery he booked for us was also convenient and quick in contrast to the 10-12 week estimate the website was providing for us. All in all I am extremely satisfied with the customer service provided to us by John, he had really gone above and beyond to ensure our needs and expectations were met! I will be recommending my friends and family to shop at Dreams in New Malden!

Excellent friendly customer service from the Dreams team, the store in New Malden provides a wide range of mattresses to choose from. Lots of discounts too.

Very good service. Arrived in plenty of time. Work was carried out to a good standard. The workmen wore masks and protective shoe covers. Explained how the ottoman mechanism works and how to open/ close as well as remove the dust sheet. Very professional and friendly staff.

The customer services is just awful.

I am delighted with the divan bed, mattress and headboard that I purchased recently from Dreams. They are comfortable and exactly what I wanted. Customer service is excellent, from advice in the showroom to delivery and installation.

From order to delivery we received a great service from Dreams. Showroom staff really helpful and knowledgeable and delivery guys were absolutely great. Definitely 5 star service and very very happy with new divan & mattress. Would recommend Dreams without any hesitation.
